Letter sizes: tees, hoodies and jackets checked against the chart
Garments sold in S to XXL. The letter means nothing until you hold it against the seller's chart and a garment you own, so every pick here says which line to measure.

Every pick in this band is sold in letter sizes, and several menus list them out of order (S, M, XL, L). Colours are often named by number only. Neither is a reason to skip an item; both are reasons to click slowly.
The photo brief is about measurement: one paid shot with a tape across the chest, or down the body for cropped cuts. With 120 hours to ask for an exchange, that one yuan is the cheapest decision in the order.

Tees where the chest line decides

Why it made the cut
A white tee with a large red embroidered script. Light, cheap to ship, and the embroidery shows up clearly in warehouse photos, so you can judge the stitching before it leaves Xiamen.

Front shot for the stitch density; back shot to confirm there is no print you did not expect. One paid photo with a tape across the chest settles the size.
Size note
Colours are named 1, 2 and 3, and the sizes are listed as S, M, XL, L, in that order. Click carefully, and match the colour number to the listing photos.

Why it made the cut
A long-sleeve tee, in black and white versions, with a fine line print running along both sleeves. Long sleeves are where printed tees go wrong, which is why the photo brief below matters.
Photos to open
The standard side angle often cuts the sleeve. Ask for one photo of a whole sleeve laid flat, and one of the cuff.
Size note
Four colours named 1 to 4 and sizes S, M, XL, L. Measure sleeve length from the shoulder seam on a long-sleeve you own and compare.

Why it made the cut
A heather-grey pullover hoodie with a black cat and a short line of text. One colour only, which removes a guess, and the print is big enough to judge from the free shots.
Photos to open
Front shot for print sharpness, back shot for a plain back. Hoodies hide length problems, so one paid photo of the length from the shoulder is worth it.
Size note
Single colour, sizes S to XL. Heavy cotton fleece adds weight to a parcel: count on a hoodie being one of the heavier items in a box.

Why it made the cut
A zip-up with a distressed JAPAN graphic, a small flag and white sleeve stripes. A zip-up lays flat without folds, so its chart is easy to check against one you already own.
Photos to open
Ask for the zip pull and the bottom of the zip in one close-up; a zip that does not sit flat is the common fault on these.

One colour; sizes S, M, XL, L in the menu. Lay your own zip hoodie flat and measure armpit to armpit before you choose.

Cream fabric photographs grey under warehouse light. Compare the front shot with the listing photo, then request a close shot of where the print ends, to check for cracking.
Size note
S, M, XL, L, XXL, XXXL. With a run this long, the seller's chart is the only way to tell where your size sits.

Why it made the cut
A pale, light hooded jacket. The catalog's English title calls it a puffer; the seller's Chinese title calls it a shell or windbreaker, and the photos agree with the seller. Reading both titles is how we found that out.

Ask for a photo of the fabric surface in raking light to confirm it is a thin shell, and one of the hem drawcord.
Size note
One colour, sizes S, M, XL, L. A shell is worn over layers, so compare with a jacket, not with a hoodie.

Cropped length is the whole point, so ask for one paid photo measuring the body length from the shoulder. Colour 4 is the default on uidbuy.com; make sure you change it if you want another.
Size note
Colours 1 to 5, sizes S to XL. Compare body length and chest with a fitted top you own; a cropped cut leaves no margin on length.
