Workbench: a fit gap check and a box and calendar calculator
Two small calculators that answer the questions this site gets asked most. Everything is calculated on your own device; no number you type leaves the page.
Fit gap: one of your clothes against one chart line
Pick the line you measured, the unit, then type your number and the seller's. Use the same line on both: chest laid flat against chest laid flat, never against a body chest.
Box and calendar: billable kilos and your deadlines
Give any of the three: the box size, the scale weight, or the date and time an item was marked stocked in. The tool returns what it can from what you give it.
What the tools assume, line by line

- Fit gap converts inches at 2.54 cm. Its labels treat a difference of up to 2 cm as close and over 4 cm as large; these are this site’s rough bands, not UIDBuy rules or a fitting test. For example, 56 cm versus 59 cm is a 3 cm flat-width gap. Compare like-for-like garments and consider length, shoulder, stretch and the seller’s measurement tolerance before choosing.
- Volumetric weight is shown at two divisors because UIDBuy publishes two: 6000 on the estimator, 5000 in the help centre. Your route decides which applies.
- The return window runs 120 hours, starting at the first full hour after the stocked-in time, as the return rules describe.
- Storage end dates use 90 days for items UIDBuy bought and 60 for forwarded parcels, counted from the warehoused date.
A useful sequence is to check the fit gap before purchase, request the specific measurement in QC, and compare parcel dimensions after the goods arrive. If 40 × 30 × 15 cm is entered, the volume result is 3 kg at divisor 6,000 and 3.6 kg at 5,000. Confirm the actual line and packaging with UIDBuy before splitting a parcel or removing protection. The parcel page explains the next step.
