Reader questions about UIDBuy and these picks
Twelve questions frequently asked by people who land here from a search. Answers are short, with a link to the longer page where one exists.
Twelve answers in plain words
Do I need an account to use this site?
No. Browsing the shelves and reading the picks needs nothing. You need a UIDBuy account only to order, and registration takes an email or a Google login.
Does the yuan figure on a pick include shipping?
No. It is the store price in yuan when we read the page. You add the seller's freight to Xiamen at checkout and international shipping later, and the dollar figure on uidbuy.com is a conversion.
How many free photos will I get?
UIDBuy says three in one place, three to five in another and three to seven in a third. Plan on three and treat more as a bonus.
What happens if the size is wrong in the photos?
You have 120 hours from the stocked-in time to ask, through UIDBuy, for a swap or a refund. The first each calendar month carries no service fee; after that a small fee applies. The seller decides in the end.
Can UIDBuy check that headphones work?
No. Its inspectors look at the outside and the visible accessories only and do not power anything on.
Why do some shelves here have no picks?
Because every item we read on them showed or named a famous brand. We link the shelf and leave the choice to you.
How long can my items wait in Xiamen?
Ninety days for things UIDBuy bought for you, sixty for parcels you forwarded, counted from the warehoused status.
Does UIDBuy charge a service fee?
Its help centre says no for regular platforms; its registration agreement describes 8 per cent. Check the fee lines on your first payment screen.
Which countries can I ship to?
The home page says over 200 countries and regions, the page description says over 50. Run the estimator with your country; on 22 October 2026 it returned no line for Australia at 1 kg.
Does UIDBuy own Fox Finds?
No. Fox Finds is independent of the company and holds no UIDBuy referral code.
Why does every pick link twice?
One link opens the catalog page with photos and the full option menu; the other opens the same item on uidbuy.com, ready to order.
Can I pay without yuan?
Yes. UIDBuy accepts cards in any currency, PayPal and Google Pay, and its pay screen showed Apple Pay too.
